Ball Revamped I through IV - One of the Most Addictive Flash Game Series Ever

Screenshot - 10_17_2006 , 5_07_09 AM_thumb.png
Latest Edition:

Ball Revamped IV

Four months was spent on this installation of the Ball Revamped series, this time with a 100 new levels, 20 power ups, 8 different obstacles, 2 bosses, level codes, and a high score list. Bringing it back to the old style of gameplay, Ball Revamped IV: Amplitude is definitely a notch above the others in the series.

Previous Editions (all different!):
Ball Revamped III: Gemini
Ball Revamped III: Andromeda
Ball Revamped II: Metaphysik
Ball Revamped I

This is a perfect example of simple gameplay, a simple concept, and an extremely addictive result.  It's almost impossible to play a level once and not feel immediately compelled to keep playing until you beat it (I feel certain someone should write an article on why this is so).

HFS is a web server which uses web technology to be more compatible with today's Internet. Since it is actually a web server, your friends can download files as if they were downloading from a website using a web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

Vista licensing - Will It Kill Enthusiasts Interest ?

blog clipart
Microsoft have announced that Vista licenses will be restricted to a single PC - even if your remove the software from that device and want to install it on a different device.

They have given permission to move the license to one different PC in the event of catastrophic hardware failure but it will be strictly limitied to one move only.

Here are a couple of articles that got me thinking ...

This seems totally unacceptable to me.  Here's a CNET article about vista limiting transfers.
