Temple of the Sun: Sun presents a game & contest for developersSun has come up with a contest targeting developers that involves an Indiana Jones style flash adventure game and their Sun Studio product. The first 5 rounds are played in the flash game, at which point you are asked to register. The player can request an installation DVD containing Solaris Express, Developer Edition, which includes Sun Studio software or they can just download Sun Studio. This will be required to continue the game. You will be allowed to leave the game till this is installed. When the player returns to the game, the player will be presented with several lines of C++ code and will be asked to copy that code into Sun Studio software and compile it. Compiling the code will create an executable file on the player’s computer. When this file is executed, a message is displayed on the player’s computer. This message is to be typed into the game to proceed to the final level. After the final level, your total score will be submitted. The player with the highest score when the contest ends will win the grand prize of $5000. Prize list:
