Screenshot Captor Beats the Expensive Guys
Competing utility ScreenShot Captor handles multiple screenshots at once with ease, and it's donationware--rather than Easy Screen Capture and Annotation's $30. Those two differences (and the fact that Screenshot Captor also annotates just fine) make it clear that Screenshot Captor is the better choice here.

This is yet another thread discussing one of the top contenders (TBS Cover Editor) and comparing it to some other products.

CCleaner and other computer cleaning software..

..

As for CCleaner, while it is a good product for sure, even excellent, and to a large extent made the niche public, I am always looking for better...

Cleanups in general, here is my list with the complimentary products and alternatives (not focusing on registry issues, which are imho, independent and squirrelly, potentially dangerous and can be overdone).

Not a bad idea to settle on the two or three best, since no one covers everything.  CCleaner of course has a place at the table...

Against ellipsis ... (dot dot dot)

ff.png
In graphical user interfaces (GUIs) an ellipsis is the three dots ( ... ) inserted when a filename, webpage title or other information item is too long to fit in a tab, windows title bar or other area of the screen. The ellipsis dots signals that there's more information available. That can be useful. But the ellipsis are almost always redundant. They're most often a bad waste of screen space. Screenshot - 4_2_2009 , 4_04_17 PM_thumb.png
Yet another useful howto article from the MakeUseOf.com blog -- they have really been on fire lately.  Definitely worth a daily visit:

Not long ago, the ability to whip out your trusty PocketPC and set up remote computer access to your desktop PC would all have sounded like science fiction. Today, it’s not only a reality, but it’s completely free..
