Change the priorities of certain programs as they get to raise the CPU level to an annoying point that the system slows to a crawl. By lowering and raising the priorities of certain programs at crucial times stops the system from overloading and stalling. A must have for anyone who wants to speed up their system at crucial times. I must say i'm not all that happy with this vision of our future. Maybe google needs to change its motto to "Don't be evil.. until you capture enough marketshare." The business model of the web in the next decade looks like it's increasingly going to be founded on the age old concept of Bait and Switch.
