Program Doesn't Seem to Work?

If the ProcessTamer GUI Configurator always says the tray tool is not running, and ProcessTamer doesn't seem to be working at all, it may be that you have disabled the Windows Performance Monitor Service, or run a tweaking tool that has done so.
