WA Link - winamp mp3 interface

Mircryption board has some new commands that will work with the WA Link winamp/mp3 controller.

Note you dont need to actually load the walink.mrc script to use the walink functions of mcboard, which just updates your current activity with the song that is playing (!mcb wl), you just need to install the walink.dll in the directory specified by it's installer.
