Choose "Edit Configuration Tree" from the edit menu, and design your tree of items.
Each item can have an unlimited amount of text associated with it. Make sure you add blank lines at the end of text or paragraphs will run together.
Use radio boxes and checkboxes depending on whether sections are exclusive or not.
Use subgroups under radio boxes and checkboxes to demarcate groups of options that should be enabled and disabled en mass. All options under a non-checked radiobox or checkbox will not be included in the final text.
When you have text you like, press "Copy to Clipbord" and then paste the text into your email client or word processor (A plugin for TheBat and possibly other email clients will be released soon).
Don't forget to save your configuration tree for future use!
USING VARIABLE FIELDS
You can include fields in your various paragraphs to indicate variables that need to be filled by specific text when writing a new letter. Simply enclose a single-word in % characters (as in %name%) to indicate that it is a field. Variable fields are automatically detected and shown in the top-right variable list where it can be easily filled in when assembling new letters.
