[Feature] Program now remembers last manually set video device, video format, audio device, audio format, and will restore to those settings even if an interim run occurred when those devices were not connected. Can be extremely useful for avoiding the case where preferred device settings are lost if the program is started when preferred devices are not connected. Works even when the webcam is plugged in after program is started and user hits "rediscover devices"
